Qualifications For Rental Applications

When you apply for one of our rentals, we look at your application as a whole. We do not base your acceptance on your credit score alone; we also take into consideration your work, rental and criminal history. Some exceptions may apply.

Work History

Rental History

No rental judgments in the past three years are acceptable, (unless paid in full and there have been no problems with residency since).

Automatic Denial

Includes eviction in last 3 years and open judgements from landlords, open bankruptcy, tax lien, felonies with physical harm, theft, drugs and sex related crimes.
