  • Can you hold a place before I apply?

    You may not hold a home until your application has been processed and approved.
  • Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    No, You will only pay your first month’s rent and your security deposits.
  • How do I pay rent?

    We have a secure tenant portal where you are able to sign in and pay rent payments.
  • How old do you have to be to apply?

    Any person 18 and older must apply.
  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    Some owners do not allow pets. You will need to contact us to answer this question. We do have a restricted breed list along with qualifications. If the owner allows a pet and you meet the criteria, you will submit a lease change form and we will set up the paperwork allowing you to have a pet.
  • I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    We have a roommate release form and the remaining roommate (s) would have to qualify on their own.
  • Is the deposit refundable?

    Yes, the security deposit is refundable.
  • My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    You are required to send a 30 day written notice indicating your desire to vacate the premises and on what date. This notice is due before your last rental payment is due.
  • Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    The landlord is responsible for keeping the home in working order. Any cosmetic issues are only cosmetic and therefor are not repairable issues. Any repairs necessary caused by a tenant will be the tenant’s responsibility.
  • Who needs a cosigner?

    You may be able to qualify with a co-signer. This will depend on whether there is another application behind yours. Please see our qualification guidelines.
