You will not have to worry about broken pipes, flooded basements, snow removal, lawn care, storm damage or leaves and old newspapers piling up while you are away from home.

We provide regular, full property visual inspections inside your home and on your property. In the event that you are away and we uncover a necessary repair, we can notify you and take care of it so you don’t have to shorten your trip to deal with it.

With our Home Watch services, you can afford to have the convenience of home management without the high cost and coordination of hiring full-time help that may not be reliable or know how to handle every situation. Set your preferences for weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or any schedule you decide. Our HomeWatch Services are determined on a per-visit basis, and depending on the location within our metropolitan area. Billing is done on a monthly basis.

Sometimes you need the home prepared before you arrive. We can help! Just let us know what you need and we will get it done for you. We typically charge an hourly fee for coordinating services.

When problems occur we handle it!+

We become your eyes, ears and voice, when you cannot be here to manage your home. We put our trusted community trades people to work for you. We organize the necessary service, meet with the repair person and admit them into your home. We will stay until the repair person has completed his/her work, set alarms and lock up following their departure. We can also send digital photo of problems or completed repairs by email. The property owner is always the person who decides what exact repair is to be done and how much money is to be spent—having full control and the final say. HomeWatch Rates for Condos, Town homes, Patio Homes & Single Family Homes+

Weekly Service: $189/month
Bi-Weekly Service: $99/month
Monthly Service: $49/month

Houses over 3000sf may require additional time; therefore your rates may be slightly higher than those published. Please call or email for rates in your area.

How Is A Crisis Situation Handled?+

When a crisis occurs (and, unfortunately, they do!) you will be glad it isn’t your neighbor watching over your home! You need professionals in place to handle these upsetting events and handle them on the spot.

The main concern in a crisis is to get the situation under control as fast as possible. We can save further destruction of your homes with fast action. You will be called as soon as it is feasible, but many times a homeowner cannot be reached immediately and your crisis may need an immediate plumber, electrician, sewer technician or handyman before we can locate you.

When hiring an “House Watcher” always ask yourself whether the company/person you are hiring can efficiently handle emergency situations, especially if you can’t be reached.
